Delivery Policy: Pendant shipments have begun and will follow a phased timeline based on color, device type, and destination. We offer both domestic and international shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. For the latest shipping details, please refer to our timeline.
Return Policy: If your Pendant arrives defective or damaged, email [email protected] for a return or exchange. You can request a full refund within 7 days if the device is undamaged and in its original condition with all packaging and accessories included. Return shipping is at your expense.
Cancellation Policy: You have the flexibility to cancel your Limitless subscription through your customer portal at any time. To cancel your Pendant pre-order deposit before the product ships, email [email protected]. No questions asked.
